Pricing Built for Real Colorado Winters
We use tiered per‑push pricing and tiered seasonal pricing so costs stay fair no matter how much snow a storm drops. Light storms stay inexpensive, and heavy storms scale up at a fair cost. You won’t be hit with any surprise charges.
Per‑Push Pricing (3" Tiers)
Each visit is one push, and the price increases every 3 inches of snowfall. Small storms stay cheap, medium storms stay reasonable, and big storms are priced to match the extra time, fuel, and wear they create. You only pay for the snow that actually falls.
Example: an apartment complex with a 3" plow trigger and a $300 / $100 push‑and‑tier rate
-
2" of snow = no plow, no charges
-
3" of snow = $300
-
5" of snow = $300
-
6" of snow = $400 ($300 + one tier)
-
9" of snow = $500 ($300 + two tiers)
Same rules apply to residential, but your push rate and tier charges are much smaller — maybe $50 and $10.
Seasonal Pricing (20" Monthly Snowfall Tiers)
Seasonal plans are based on how much snow we push for you each month. Your rate increases every 20 inches of plowed snow, giving you predictable coverage without overpaying during light months. Storms under 1–2 inches don’t count toward your monthly total — no nickel‑and‑diming for dustings.
Seasonal contracts are billed monthly. Payment for the upcoming month is due by the 1st. Customers may switch between seasonal and push pricing, but the change must be requested before the 1st of the month. If payment is not received by the 1st, the customer will automatically be placed on push pricing for that month. Additional tier charges will be billed separately after the end of the month.
Example: an apartment complex with a $2,000/month service plan and a 20" tier / $1,000 tier‑level pricing
Then during one month of the season:
-
1 storm, 5" (≤ 20 inches): no additional charge
-
5 storms, 4" each (≤ 20 inches): no additional charge
-
6 storms, 4" each (24" total): next tier invoked → $1,000 additional charge
-
6 storms: four at 5", two under the 3" trigger (≤ 20 inches; dustings not counted): no additional charge, and we only come out during the four storms that hit 5"
Any additional tier charges will be billed separately after the end of the month,
Cleanup Service (Optional)
Optional service to come out one time after the storm ends for a final cleanup pass. Trigger depth does not apply — even small storms or dustings can receive cleanup.
Per‑Push Customers
Cleanup is billed separately based on the amount of snow left on the driveway:
-
< 1" → ⅓ of your normal push price
-
< 2" → ⅔ of your normal push price
-
< 3" → full push price
-
≥ 3" → billed as a normal plow (tier rules apply)
Seasonal Customers (Optional Add‑On)
Cleanup can be added to your seasonal plan. If included, cleanup is performed once after each storm ends, and the cleanup inches are added to your monthly inch total.
